Former Chairperson of the National Communications Commission; a practising lawyer and strategist in digital readiness, innovation, and convergence, with front-line experience in both industry and policymaking.

Chan Ting-yi is the former Chairperson of the National Communications Commission (NCC). A practising lawyer and strategist across digital readiness, innovation and entrepreneurship, and convergence, she has held key roles across industry, government, and academia. As NCC Chairperson from 2016 to 2019 she led Taiwan's post-convergence development blueprint, advanced the Telecommunications Management Act and the Digital Communications Act and related regulations, shaped 5G and IoT policy, built up the audiovisual-platform and upstream/downstream industry ecosystem, and promoted internet governance and information-security policy, driving digital transformation and innovation across fields including fintech. She was involved in Taiwan's first wave of telecom liberalisation and the early development of internet and e-commerce law. Crossing law, technology, and cultural-creative fields, she works as a practising lawyer, industry adviser, film producer, and hypnotherapist.

With a graduate background in data mining and machine learning, he initiated the founding of the Taiwan Blockchain Enthusiasts Association in 2019; in 2020 the association won the right to operate Taipei's blockchain innovation base, named N24 Taipei Ark.

With a graduate major in data mining and machine learning, he served as a manager at ITRI's big-data centre leading big-data analytics projects, and later helped coordinate technology policy at the Executive Yuan's Board of Science and Technology. He has received a silver medal at the National Invention and Creation Award and been named an Outstanding Youth of Hsinchu. With government support he has organised the Blockchain Enthusiasts Annual Conference every year since 2016. In 2019 he initiated the founding of the Taiwan Blockchain Enthusiasts Association; in 2020 the association won the right to operate Taipei's blockchain innovation base, naming it N24 Taipei Ark, aiming to run proof-of-concept work through the integration of physical and virtual spaces so the public and industry can better understand blockchain and the metaverse. He now focuses on helping Web3 startups and Web2 industries co-create.

Wu Po-tsang is a well-known musician and technologist. A partner at KKFARM, an investment company under the KKBOX group, and lead singer of the band echo, he founded and formerly led iNDIEVOX, Taiwan's first DRM-free MP3 music store, which grew into the country's largest independent-music commerce platform. While running StreetVoice he built the digital-distribution platform Packer and the music media outlet Blow. In recent years he has focused on how blockchain can protect digital-content copyright and make revenue sharing transparent and fair. In 2019, within the KKBOX group, he co-proposed Muzeum Protocol, a blockchain-based open protocol for the cultural-creative industry, together with Bitmark and JOYSO; that same year, with KKBOX group investment, he founded OurSong, using blockchain to make digital collectibles scarce and traceable and to restore the value of songs and works.

Alec Liu founded Mingzhou Technology in 2012 and has served as its general manager since. Mingzhou applies IoT technology to property management and the furniture industry, serving global markets including North America, Vietnam, Japan, and Indonesia. Lin Yu-ting is a partner and Chief Events Officer at BlockTempo. Yang Chun-shu (Nicholas) previously worked at Cathay Financial Holdings' Data and Digital Development Center as head of its blockchain team, using blockchain technology and products to help the group with digital transformation and break through data-exchange bottlenecks within its ecosystem. The team is dedicated to developing enterprise-grade application consortium chains: in 2019 it was first to market with a blockchain for electric-vehicle telematics; in 2020, through blockchain, it formed a consortium for interbank data exchange, the Global Trade Sharing blockchain; in 2021 it passed the Banking Bureau's business-trial application; and in 2022 it further used its self-developed consortium chain to organize a property-insurance consortium chain, bringing 14 property-insurance peers across Taiwan on-chain to exchange claims data. Going forward, through blockchain's decentralized mechanisms and technology, it will develop diverse Web3 services suited to both enterprises and ordinary consumers.

Co-founder of the podcast "一姐蝦妹談產業." Charlotte has lived and worked in Canada and Singapore and is active in Taiwan's startup scene. She has served at a blockchain VC and as marketing director of the most influential blockchain media outlet in Greater China, and was responsible for Asia's first law-focused "Blockchain Application Legal Summit" and Asia's first "Security Token Future" summits in Hong Kong and Singapore. Familiar with the blockchain ecosystems of China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, she has experience in global blockchain-project incubation, capital connection, technical exchange, and brand management. Li Chia-hsien is a pioneer of industrial innovation in Asia and the founder of LeadBest Consulting Group. In 2017 he introduced the empowerment-style venture-capital model to Asia; in 2020 he was profiled by Fortune and named by Silicon Valley journal APAC CIO Outlook as one of the Asia-Pacific's top ten blockchain consulting firms; and in 2021 he founded EchoX and, within half a year, launched the world's first "edible NFT" across industries, causing a stir in the crypto world. He also concurrently serves as chief digital officer of Hong Kong's Empire Technology and general manager of Taiwan's Seven Elements, leading his team to create "METASENS," a massive metaverse game world for players worldwide, releasing multiple metaverse NFT games at a pace of one per quarter. Having previously served as a technology executive at the FarEasTone group, driving business development through technology, and concurrently as a director of the EasyCard Corporation, Li Chia-hsien starts from digital empowerment and, through mature software technologies such as digitalization and agile thinking, helps traditional industries innovate digitally.

With over ten years in the blockchain industry, he founded JOYSO Enterprise in 2016 and launched the hybrid decentralized exchange JOYSO in 2018.

Sung Cho-jung has more than ten years of experience in the blockchain industry. His deep sense of mission for the industry's development led him to help develop the world's first 28-nanometer Bitcoin mining chip and to bring a 40-nanometer Litecoin mining chip to market. He has also given much to the blockchain community, serving as a moderator of the Facebook Bitcoin Chinese-language group of more than 40,000 members and as an administrator of the Taipei Ethereum community. In 2016 he founded JOYSO Enterprise, made up of several blockchain enthusiasts and aimed at promoting blockchain-related applications and development. Besides partnering with large Taiwanese enterprises, it takes part in global technology R&D to advance the integration and adoption of blockchain into existing systems. In May 2018, JOYSO Enterprise launched its product—the hybrid decentralized exchange JOYSO. More recently he has been researching decentralized finance (DeFi) projects and will devote himself to developing decentralized derivative financial products.
