The 10th Taiwan Blockchain Summit (2025)
The 10th summit centers on three trends — hybrid physical-digital assets, an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering initiative, and TechFin in practice — and, for the first time in 2025, links three themed events across regulation, industry innovation, and community.

The essence of blockchain is cross-disciplinary innovation that breaks down silos. Because major related expos have historically been held on scattered dates, and to avoid fragmenting resources, the Association proposed concentrating resources in 2025 for greater synergy by linking three themes — regulatory compliance, industry innovation, and the community ecosystem — to build a healthy ecosystem for Taiwan's blockchain industry. Leveraging existing partnerships and industry experience across the Asia-Pacific region, the summit connects knowledge and networks for both government and industry, and takes part in and co-organizes major Asia-Pacific blockchain expos to promote Taiwan's blockchain environment and create an ecosystem that welcomes talent and startups. 2025's three trend themes: DeX | At the crossroads of financial development: hybrid physical-digital assets. Anti Money Laundering | Advocating anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering, and building enterprise and civic awareness. TechFin | Best practices for the tech-finance industry. The 10th summit was held on September 2–3 in the 2F International Conference Hall of the NCCU Center for Public and Business Administration Education. It linked with FintechOn / AFA (September 1–2) and Taipei Blockchain Week (September 4–6) to form a week-long blockchain series. The agenda below is transcribed from the Association’s official page updated in August 2025; any final speaker changes still require Association confirmation.
