The fourth conference was held from 09:00 to 17:30 on November 5, 2019 on the second floor of the GIS Taipei Tech Convention Center. Its theme, Data Interoperability, highlighted digital-asset management and data governance. More than 30 speakers took part across four parallel tracks covering decentralized application protocols, public-sector applications, public-private collaboration, public-chain technology, financial confirmation, secure wallets, supply-chain finance, and Facebook’s proposed currency. A hands-on Blockchain Living Lab was also included. The former site records more than 600 attendees, while an event report states more than 500; this discrepancy remains for Association confirmation.
